    Choreographer Choreographers Yossi Berg and Oded Graf started collaborating in 2005, and they have since built a reputation for work that is supremely physical, sometimes provocative, and by turns poignant and witty. Having performed with world-renowned troupes ranging from Batsheva Dance Company and DV8 Physical Theatre to others, they mix their masterful physicality with their dynamic research of theater, text, and voice, responding to the social and political realities of contemporary life. Their full evening work Heroes was chosen by critics as one of the five best dance events in Israel in 2007. In 2011/13, Yossi and Oded were named selected artists by Aerowaves and received Israel's Ministry of Culture Award for Outstanding Choreographers.
    Company Yossi Berg and Oded Graf Dance Theatre is a freelance, project-based company that premieres one to two works by its directors each year.  The choreographers’ unique style incorporates physical movement, text, vocal work,and conceptual research that supports and expresses the theme of each production. The company’s repertory features a variety of works ranging from short pieces to full-length evenings, and the number of performers varies from show to show. Yossi Berg and Oded Graf has been commissioned by and included in the repertory of prominent troupes including Batsheva Ensemble in Israel; Donlon Dance Company, TanzTheater Osnabruck,StaatsTheater Braunschweig, and StaatsTheater Kassel in Germany; Introdans in Holland; Tanzkompagnie Theater St.Gallen in Switzerland; Company E in the U.S.; Aura Dance Company in Lithuania;
    Polish Dance Theater in Poland; Belgrade Drama Theater in Serbia; TND Company in Spain; Norrdans Company in Sweden; and Junior Company in Denmark.
    Performance Most of the Day I’m Out Co-production: Curtain Up Festival, Suzanne Dellal Center, Tel Aviv Won first prize at the International Competition for Choreographers in Hanover, Germany and received the Israel Ministry of Culture Award. Performed throughout the U.S., France,Taiwan, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Switezerland, Spain and Israel, and was commissioned for International Dance Companies including the Tanztheater Osnabrück in Germany, the Introdans Company in Holland, Norrdans Company in Sweden,Company E – Washington, DC in the U.S, and TND Company in Spain. Everyday gestures and vigorous movement are deconstructed and reconstructed into a duet in which two men conduct a dialogue. In their limited way, they communicate by means of rapid and sometimes violent hand movements. The mutual tension between them leads to the creation of original, surprising moments filled with humor Heroes (part 2) Co-production: Dansescenen Theater, Copenhagen, Denmark; Israel Festival Jerusalem. Winner of the International choreography competition Burgos - New York and enrolled in the five best dance performances of the year by the Israeli criticism. Performed through out: the U.S., Japan, Taiwan, Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Croatia, Finland, Luxembourg, the Czech Republic, Latvia, Poland, Lithuania, Israel, the Caribbean, and Latin America. An original and stimulating work that address our need for intimacy and communication in an alienated world. The need to be liked, to be loved, and having to cope with reality become a source of inspiration for surprising movement. Accompanied by David Bowie songs, two men play a game whose rules are set from one moment to the next and in which they endeavor to free themselves from old habits and escape into fantasy.
